Broward specifics · How We Work Here

We Measure It, We Schedule It, and Our People Fit It

Most of this trade sells the job and subcontracts the installation. We do not. On a house where the finish matters, that is the whole difference.

Give us the address and a rough count of openings. We will tell you what the design pressures are before anyone quotes you a price.

Three companies and nobody responsible

The common structure in this trade is a sales company, a subcontracted install crew and a separate trade to repair the stucco and the interior afterwards. Each is paid for their part and none owns the result. When the paint line is wrong or the return is rough or a unit leaks in the first storm, the homeowner becomes the project manager for a problem they did not create, chasing three companies who each believe it belongs to one of the others.

How we run it instead

  • The person who measures your openings works for us.
  • The crew that fits them works for us.
  • Stucco returns and interior making good are in our scope, not somebody else's.
  • One schedule, and one person to call about it.
  • Permit and inspection handled as part of the job.

What that means for programme

A sell-and-sub operation can start sooner, because it is buying capacity on the market. We are scheduling our own people, so the start date is real but it is not always immediate. Specialty and shaped units set the pace on most jobs anyway, since those lead times are longer than anything else in the process.

The practical advice is to start the conversation well before you want the work done, particularly if the house has arches, corner assemblies or oversized sliders. The measure costs you nothing and it fixes the programme question early.

How we handle it

  1. 01Measure, specify and schedule as one exercise.
  2. 02Install with our own crews.
  3. 03Finish both faces — exterior returns and interior casing.
  4. 04Carry the permit and meet the inspector ourselves.

On a luxury house the window is not the deliverable — the elevation is. That means the reveal, the return, the casing and the paint line are part of the job rather than a tidy-up afterwards. It is slower than a sell-and-sub model and it is the reason clients on the water and in the older neighbourhoods call us rather than a volume installer.

Said plainly

Where we stop

It also means we cannot do the volume a subcontracting model can. Our schedule is genuinely finite, and in the run-up to season it fills. If you need a whole house done inside a fortnight in September, we will tell you honestly whether that is possible.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you subcontract any of it?
The window installation and the making good are ours. Where a job needs an engineer or structural work, we bring in the right person for that and say so — but the trade that fits your windows works for us.
How far ahead should I be booking?
Earlier than most people think, especially with specialty shapes. The units set the programme more than our diary does.
Do you handle the permit and inspection?
Yes, as part of the job. The approval documents that go with the permit are ours to produce, and we meet the inspector rather than leaving you to.

Next step

Find out what is actually wrong with it.

An inspection, photographs of what we found, and a written scope. If the honest answer is that it can wait another season, that is the answer you will get.
